This vintage heraldic hoodie commemorates the victory of King Ferdinand II and Queen Isabella I at Granada on January 2, 1492, ending Muslim rule in Spain and completing the Reconquista. Two ornate crossed keys recall the surrender of Granada, the last Muslim-ruled kingdom on the Iberian Peninsula, while the Christian cross above reflects the faith of the Catholic Monarchs. The Latin inscription “Christus Vincit,” meaning “Christ conquers,” adds a bold declaration of Christian faith. Weathered lettering and engraved details give the emblem a timeless look rooted in Spanish history and Christian heritage.
